Andrew Drummond, 28. Private Drummond was the forward scout of his 5RAR platoon operating in Phuoc Tuy on May 30 1969 when the man who was behind him slipped and discharged two rounds from his M16, both of whic hit Drummond in the throat.

David J. Dubber, 28. The RAAF door gunner did two tours of Vietnam, being mentioned in dispatches on his first tour for leadership, courage and devotion to duty. He was killed when his helicopter was shot down during a Medevac operation in June 1971.

James Duff, 21. The private with D Company 4RAR was the last Australian killed in action, during a rocket attack on Nui Dat , Phuoc Tuy on September 21 1971.

Kenneth A. Duffy, 21. The private with 6RAR was killed in Phuoc Tuy March 8 1970,the day before his 22and birthday.

Milton R. Dufty, 21. The rifleman private with 7RAR was killed in action in Phuoc Tuy January 15 1971.

Alan L. Duncuff, 21 The sapper with 1 Field Squadron was killed by a mine in Phuoc Tuy Province October 25 1969.

Jeffrey M. Duroux,28. He survived the Battle of Long TAn with D Company 6RAR in 1966. He was killed while serving with 9RAR on January 5 1969 in Bien Hoa when a bullet ricocheted from a tree and hit him in the head.

John T. Durrington, 29. While attached to the US Special Forces, the temporary Warrant Officer was killed in action in Quang Nam Province May 30 1968.

Phillip Earle, 23. The private rifleman with 8 RAR was killed accidentally, dying of gunshot wounds at 2am May 1 1970 Phuoc Tuy.

Beresford P. Edwards, 23. The private rifleman with 9RAR was killed in a contact in a bunker system in Phuoc Tuy July 12 1969.

Ronald J. Engstrom,22. He had two tours of duty in Vietnam. the corporal with 1 Field Squadron was killed along with his offsider by an enemy mine in Phuoc Tuy January 30 1970.

Thomas A. Evans,21. Evans was killed in December 1969 when his vehicle was forced off the road and on to a land mine. In October 1969 he had married a 17 year old girl, Kaye, while on R&R.

Barry E. Fallon, 31. The private rifleman with 7RAR was killed when Viet Cong detonated a Claymore mine in Phuoc Tuy November the 10 1967.

Leslie T. Farren, 20. The private rifleman with D Company 5RAR was killed near the Australian base at Nui Dat, Phuoc Tuy, from a mortar barrage, June 10 1966.

Francis J. Fewquandie, 23. The private with 2RAR was shot accidentally while on sentry duty, Phuoc Tuy, 7.40am December 4 1967.

Ronald E. Field, 22. The private with 1RAR was shot in the throat by a sniper in the Ben Cat area Phuoc Tuy, October 9 1965.

David J. E. Fisher, 23. On September 27 1969 Private Fisher, who served with the SAS, was with a patrol that engaged a group of Viet Cong in Long Khanh Province. Five VC were shot and killed and the patrol withdrew, but encountered a group of about 30 enemy. A helicopter was called and ropes were lowered to the men, but during this "hot extraction" Fisher fell from about 30m into the trees. His body was never recovered.

Roger L. Fisher,23. The lance corporal rifleman with 3RAR was killed by an enemy mine in Long Binh Province April 26 1968.

Jack Fitzgerald, 41. He served in Vietnam with the Australian Army Trianing Team Vietnam in 1969-70 advising South Vietnamese soldiers based at Quang Tri. Fitzgerald was killed April 17 1970 by enemy motar fire in Thua Thien Province.

Bryan Francis Fitzpatrick. Posted to No 2 Squadron, Phang Rang. He was killed on December 3 1969.

Robert Fleming,24. He was a sergeant at just 22. Fleming died of a brian haemorrhage at the 24 Evac. Hospital, Long Binh, November 9 1970.

Graham L. Foster, 22. He was accidentally killed by a friendly artillery drop short in Phuoc Tuy. July 21 1970.

Alexander H. T. Fotheringham, 28. The corporal assault pioneer with 1RAR and a bomb expert, he was accidentally killed, while defusing an enemy grenade which exploded, December 17 1965, two days before he was due to return to Australia for R&R. His son was born six weeks after he died.

John Fraser, 23. The Second Lieutnant of 9 Platoon C Company 3RAR died on Hill 323 in the Long Hai Hills, Phuoc Tuy March 24 1968 when he put both feet on a Viet Cong mine.

John W. Freeman, 21. The temporary cororal with 2 Divisional Intelligence Unit was drowned when he was pinned under an overturned vehicle in Vung Tau,Phuoc Tuy 2am October 15 1967.

Vivian Albert French, 19. The trooper with B Squadron 3 Cavalry Regiment was killed in Phuoc Tuy December 8 1969 when his APC hit a mine.

Ronald J. Gaffney, 21. The private rifleman with 7 Section 9 Platoon C Company 9RAR was killed in a clash between friendly platoons in Phuoc Tuy. He had been in Vietnam less than one month.

Wallace J. Galvin, 32. On his second tour of duty, Galvin who served with Headquaters 26 Company RAASC Transport Group in Nui Dat died at 7.30pm Christmas Day 1970,along with SGT Allan Moss.

Kenneth H. Gant, 21. The private rifleman with D Company 6RAR was killed at the Battle of Long Tan, Phuoc Tuy on August 18 1966.

Bernard A. Garland,23. An artillery officer with 101Bty 1Fld Regt RAA in Vietnam. Lieutenant Garland was killed by an enemy mine in Phuoc Tuy on April 22 1970..
