Lithgow was blasted to death by a command mine on December 2 1966 , in
Phuoc Tuy.

Allan L. Lloyd, 20. The
private rifleman suffered gunshot wounds in action late on the morning
of December 30 1970, in Phuoc Tuy. He died of his injuries two hours 10
minutes later , at 1.30pm in 1 Field Hospital.

Richard E. Lloyd, 21.
The private rifleman with 5RAR died when a Claymore mine exploded as he
built a fence in the village of Dat Do, Phuoc Tuy , on Easter Sunday
morning April 6 1967.

Geoffrey R. Locke, 22.
The platoon commander with 9RAR died of a gunshot wound to the head, on
May 9 1969.

Barry A. Logan, 19. He
died when the APC in which he was travelling stuck a mine and exploded
in Xuyen Loc Province, south west of Saigon on March 28 1967.

Mathew Loughman, 21.
Loughman served with HQ 1ALSG Vung Tau as a private rifle man before
dying in 24 US Evac. Hospital, Long Binh on July 19 1969, following a
brain haemorrhage.

Robert J. Lubcke, 23. He
had just a years service left when a sniper shot the rifleman private
23kms north of Vung Tau. He died of his wounds on July 2 1966---his
23rd birthday.

Neville F. Luff, 36. He
survived his first tour of Vietnam with A Squadron 3rd Cavalry Regiment
and returned in July 1971. A week later he was flown to Australia,
where he died of illness at the Repatriation Hospital, Concord on
December 28 1971.

Trevor Lyddieth, 38.
Lyddieth died of a gunshot wound to the head at 1 ALSG, Vung Tau on
February 18 1971. Until the day before his accidental death, he had
been team leader at MATT 6

Terence E. Lyon, 35.On
February 9 1971 Lyon and Captian Grant Ross died when working on the
destruction of a hoard of enemy ammunition which blew up and killed
them in Nui Dat.

Peter J. Lyons, 23. The
rifleman private was with 2RAR when he died after being struck by a
enemy mine on March 2 1968, in Phuoc Tuy Province.

John N. McCarthy, 23. An
explosion killed McCarthy during an enemy ambush in Phuoc Tuy on June
12 1971.

Malcolm R. McConachy,
21. The former labourer died from gunshot wounds to the back and abomen
on February 8 1969 during operation Goodwood in Bien Hoa.

Albert F. McCormack, 21.
An enemy sniper shot McCormack in the abomen and the back during the VC
attack on D Company in the afternoon of August 8 18kms south of Siagon
in Phouc Tuy.

Dennis J. McCormack, 21.
Toured Vietnam as a private rifleman with D Company 6RAR. He died on
August 18 1966 in the Battle of Long Tan.

James A. MacDonald, 26.
On February 7 1966 , VC shot MacDonald, Australian Warrant Officer, G
Lawrence and an American Captain K. Lubavs in Quang Tri. MacDonald and
Lubavs were killed.

Leslie C. McDonnell, 28.
A VC sniper shot him in the head in Phuoc Tuy on March 9 1966.

Peter E. McDuff, 21.
Rocket fire from a friendly helicopter caused the accidental death of
rifleman lance corporal McDuff from 2RAR near Nui Dat Phuoc Tuy on
September 28 1967.

Peter S. McGarry, 20. He
died when he activated a booby trap just after 2am , In Phuoc Tuy on
August 1 1967.

William (Jack)
Mcgoldrick, 24. McGoldrick died accidentally when an Australian soldier
mistook him for the enemy and shot him just before 4am on August 5 1968
in Phuoc Tuy.

Raymond A. McGuire, 22.
A rifleman private with 6 platoon B Company 4RAR. McGuire died of
gunshot wounds whille on patrol in Bien Hoa on February 16 1969.

Neil A. McInerney, 19.
McInerney died of wounds, with complications from pneumonia, in 1
Australian Field Hospital on October 7 1968. Two days earlier.
McInerney had been seriously wounded when a Claymore mine detonated in
front of him in Bien Hoa.

The staff sergeant with 1 Field Squadron died from a surprise enemy
attack at 1.15am on February 18 1966, as he was leading a night patrol
through jungle in Bien Hoa.

Larry J. MacLennan, 21.
MacLennan and six other members of his platoon were killed, with
another 13 wounded, when a friendly engineers party accidentally
detonated an M16 mine in Phuoc Tuy on Febrary 28 1970.

While attached to special services enemy soldiers shot McMillan at 2am
July 31 1969.

Ross C. McMillan, 21.The
lance corporal with 7 Platoon C Company , 5RAR died as he set up a
claymore mine outside the patrol perimmeter, on July 31 1969.

Robert L. Mc Nabb, 20.
He died during a North Vietnamese attack on a fire support base, in
northern Bien Hoa on May 13 1968.
