Develop and carry out a repair program to salvage the very large stockpile of damaged and worn engines, gear heads, pumps, column pipes, line shafts and line shaft tubes.
Develop a new system to reclaim worn out and damaged pump bowels and turbines.
Concurrent with this work I purchased a 35 ton Tadano crane and trained a new Indian crew to install new pumps and pull damaged ones.
